Cookie policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in the same way. In this policy, "cookies" covers both.
2. Cookies we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| rc_consent | Necessary (cookie) | Remembers your cookie choices. | 12 months |
| rc-places-… | Functional (local storage) | Keeps the campsites and motorhome areas of a route on your device so the map loads faster next time. Only with your consent. | 7 days |
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies at the moment. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
3. Third-party services
To show the route maps, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap and cdnjs (Cloudflare). These services do not set cookies through our maps, but they receive technical data such as your IP address to deliver their content. Google Maps and Waze are only opened if you click their buttons; from then on their own cookie policies apply.
4. How to accept, reject or change your choice
When you first visit the website you can accept all cookies, reject optional ones or choose by category. You can change your choice at any time:
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, the website will ask for your choice again on every visit.
